Embed Sketchfab

Sketchfab is a platform to Manage your 3D assets, distribute and showcase 3D & AR experiences. To be able to embed  Sketchfab on your Portfoliobox website, you first need to create a Sketchfab account. 

1. Get the model ID from SketchFab

1. Login to your Sketchfab account.
2. Open your individual 3D model page.
3. Click on the Embed button below the model.
4. A new window will appear.
5. You will see an iFrame code that looks like this:

6. You only need to copy the ID from the code. In this particular example, the ID would be: f8e38f2513fd4781b23c8d01e338c18f

2. Add the Sketchfab element

1. Right-click on an element
2. In the Context menu, click Add Element Below.
3. Go down to Embed.
4. Choose Sketchfab.

The element is added but is empty. You now need to get the model ID from SketchFab.

3. Paste the ID of the SketchFab model into your Portfoliobox site

1. Click the pen icon next to the element.
2. Choose Change content.
3. Paste the ID code. 
4. Click Save.
5. Change the size, margin and position.
