Send invoices directly from your Portfoliobox admin panel; simply hit send, and your clients will receive a professional and easy-to-understand invoice straight to their inbox.
To be able to send an invoice to a customer, you first need to change its status to "Sent". At this stage, the invoice cannot be edited. You can only edit the invoice payment status and delivery status.
Send an invoice
- Click Libraries & Tools.
- Choose Invoices under Business Tools.
- Hover over the invoice you wish to send and click Edit.
- Click View and Share.
- Set the status to Sent if not already done.
- Fill in your client's email address if needed.
- Write your message.
- And click Send.
Your client will receive an email containing a link to the invoice. You will also receive a copy of the email. Your client can then use this link to access and print the invoice.
Once you receive the payment, mark the invoice as "Paid". The system will display a message on the invoice stating, "This invoice has already been paid".
