Finding your receipts
You can see your active subscription, billing history, and receipts in the Subscription tab.
To find your receipts:
- Go to Settings in your Portfoliobox admin panel.
- Under Account, Click on Subscriptions.
- In the new window, scroll down and find Your Transactions.
- You can view and download the invoice and print the receipt.
Adding your VAT number before upgrading
If you own a business and your company is registered in one of the European Union countries, you have a valid VAT number, which you can add to your receipts when you pay.
You can add your VAT number in the VAT field when paying.
- Fill in your name.
- Choose your country from the list. If you choose a European country, the VAT field will display.
- Fill in your VAT number.
NB!
To make sure that your VAT number is valid, visit VIES VAT number validation. A VAT number has the following structure: Country prefix + characters (varies from country to country. E.g. Sweden: SE+12 digits → SE999999999999).
