A PDF file can be added as a link. It's possible to link PDF to text, image, button, menu link, etc... all these options work similarly. Below you can find detailed instructions on how-to embed a PDF into a text section. Please make sure that your PDF file size is below 22 MB, otherwise, we recommend using Google Slides to embed your file.
Upload & add a PDF to a text section:
- Right-click on a text element
- In the Context menu, click Change Content
- Highlight the text that you want to link to
- Click on the link icon at the top
- Scroll down and select the option A PDF
- If you haven't uploaded your file yet, click on the Select a File From Your Computer button and upload your file
- Click on Link to This button near your uploaded file, and then hit Ok to save the changes.
