Managing your personal data
You can access and edit your personal data in your admin panel.
Deleting a website
When you delete a website, it will be placed in a queue to be deleted from our servers. Your domain name, receipts and website content will be deleted.
Before you delete your website
- We suggest that you download your receipts before you delete your account.
- If you wish to keep your domain name, please contact support@portfoliobox.net and ask to transfer your domain name before you delete your account.
How to delete your website?
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click the Ellipsis icon (…) next to the site you wish to delete.
- Select Delete Site.
- Click Delete Site.
- Confirm by filling in your password or a verification code if no password is set for your account.
- Click Confirm.
Deleting your Portfoliobox account
You can delete your Portfoliobox account from your dashboard settings. Note that you must first delete all websites in your account before you can delete the account itself.
- Log into your Dashboard.
- Click on Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the panel and click Delete Account.
- Confirm by filling in your password or a verification code if no password is set for your account.
- Hit Delete Account once you're done.
Deleting all personal data
Please contact our support team to request that we remove all your data from our system, including email conversations.
